Create Calendar Links Effortlessly

Our Story and Mission

Collaboration between different organisations can be challenging, especially in the voluntary sector, where people often rely on personal emails and calendars.
Creating a calendar event and inviting everyone within your own email system isn’t always possible, particularly when GDPR restrictions prevent you from copying multiple recipients into a single email.

With Easy Event Link, you can now email each recipient privately and include a simple link that allows them to add your event directly to their own calendar – securely and effortlessly.
